Google เปิดตัว 4 ฟีเจอร์ใหม่ในแอปพลิเคชัน Google ภายใต้แคมเปญ #หาเพลงบนGoogle โดยฟีเจอร์ใหม่นี้ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อช่วยให้คนไทยที่ชื่นชอบเสียงเพลงสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเพลงและศิลปินคนโปรดได้ง่ายขึ้นและเร็วขึ้น
สำหรับฟีเจอร์แรกคือ ฟีเจอร์ค้นหาเนื้อเพลง โดย Google ได้ปรับปรุงการแสดงผลการค้นหาในส่วนของแท็บความรู้ หรือ Knowledge Panel ให้แสดงข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเพลงที่คนไทยค้นหากันบ่อยๆ นั่นก็คือ เนื้อเพลง เมื่อผู้ใช้ค้นหาเนื้อเพลงบน Google เช่น เนื้อเพลง Good Morning Teacher เนื้อเพลงจะปรากฎ ใน Knowledge Panel ทันที บ่อยครั้งที่เนื้อเพลงติดอยู่ในหัว แต่นึกชื่อเพลงไม่ออก Google ช่วยค้นหาเพลงนั้นได้ ด้วยฟีเจอร์ใหม่นี้ ผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาชื่อเพลงจากเนื้อเพลงท่อนที่จำได้ เช่น เมื่อพิมพ์เนื้อเพลงที่ร้องว่า ฉันจะพาเธอลอย ใน Google ก็จะพบกับวิดีโอเพลงนั้น เป็นต้น
นอกจากนี้ผู้ใช้ยังสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับศิลปินได้อีกด้วย เมื่อค้นหาชื่อศิลปิน (เช่น อะตอม ชนกันต์) แล้วแตะที่ “เพลง” ก็จะพบกับรายชื่อเพลง เนื้อเพลง และการค้นหาที่เกี่ยวข้องของศิลปินคนนั้นที่แสดงผลใน Knowledge Panel
ฟีเจอร์สุดท้าย คือ ฟีเจอร์ค้นหาแนวเพลง ด้วยฟีเจอร์นี้ผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาแนวเพลงที่ต้องการได้ อาทิ เมื่อค้นหา เพลงฮิต 2019 รายชื่อเพลงยอดนิยมในปี 2019 ก็จะปรากฎใน Knowledge Panel
เพลงเป็นหนึ่งในหัวข้อยอดนิยมที่คนไทยค้นหาบน Google เช่น ชื่อเพลง เนื้อเพลง และโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับศิลปินโปรด Google จึงออกแบบฟีเจอร์ใหม่เหล่านี้ขึ้นมาสำหรับผู้ใช้ชาวไทยโดยเฉพาะ เพื่อให้สามารถค้นหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้เร็วขึ้นและง่ายขึ้นในที่เดียว
Knowledge Panel ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ไม่ต้องคลิกที่ลิงค์สีน้ำเงินเพื่อค้นหาคำตอบใน Google อีกต่อไป และด้วยฟีเจอร์ใหม่ที่เปิดตัวในวันนี้ คนไทยสามารถค้นพบข้อมูลมากมายเกี่ยวกับศิลปินหรือเพลงที่สนใจได้ในที่เดียวใน Knowledge Panel รวมถึงเนื้อร้องของเพลงโปรด ได้โดยตรงในแอปพลิเคชัน Google

Google Launches New Music Search Experience for Thais
Through a campaign called #หาเพลงบนGoogle, Google introduces four features in Google app today, designed to help music-lovers in Thailand to find relevant information about their favorite artists and songs faster and easier.
First, Google has updated knowledge panel to show relevant information Thais often searched about music - song lyrics. This way when a user searches for a song’s lyrics such as เนื้อเพลง Good Morning Teacher, Google’s result will show a knowledge panel for users to discover the lyrics of that song right away.
But sometimes, it’s the other way around. It’s part of the lyrics that got stuck in the head. Google can help find the answer what that song is. With the newly updated feature, users are now able to find the name of the song by searching for a verse of a song’s lyrics. For example, by searching ฉันจะพาเธอลอย, Google then will show videos of related songs.
For artist information, when a user searches for any artist name (eg. อะตอม ชนกันต์) then press “songs”, the search results will show a knowledge panel for users to discover the songs, albums, videos and related searches.
Last, now Thais can search for a specific genre such as เพลงฮิต 2019 then the search results will show a knowledge panel for users to discover trending music within the searched genre.
Music is one of the top topics that Thais search actively on Google, like song titles, lyrics, and especially, information about their favorite artists. Google localizes these new features for Thais so they can easily find more information in one destination, faster and easier.
Knowledge panel was first created so people no longer have to go through blue links to find answers in Google. With these new features, Thais can now find a wealth of information about certain artists or songs in a single knowledge panel, as well as the lyrics to their favorite song directly within Google App.
The new music experience is one among many localization efforts around Search that Google has brought to Thailand, aiming to bring a better, faster, and easier experience for users, using the best of Google technology. Google had also launched Nearby, Travel, and Soccer, among many others in the past.
