เทรนด์การค้นหาที่น่าสนใจอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับ Pride ในประเทศไทย
- ความสนใจในการค้นหาเกี่ยวกับ non-binary gender, queer, pansexuality, LGBT, rainbow flag, LGBT pride, sexual orientation และ homophobia พุ่งสูงสุดในรอบ 15 ปี ในช่วง 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมา

ถึงแม้คนไทยจะตื่นตัวและให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายทางเพศมากขึ้น แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน Google ยังเล็งเห็นถึงการเข้าถึงการศึกษาที่ไม่เท่าเทียมกันในสังคมไทย เพื่อช่วยปิดช่องว่างนี้ และเพื่อร่วมฉลอง Pride Month ซึ่งเป็นเดือนแห่งการเฉลิมฉลองความเท่าเทียม พร้อมทั้งตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของ Google ที่ให้ความสำคัญด้านความหลากหลายและความเท่าเทียมมาโดยตลอด Google จึงได้จัดกิจกรรมมอบทุนการศึกษาจำนวน 1,000 ทุนให้กับชุมชน LGBTQ+ และกลุ่มผู้สนับสนุน Pride เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลผ่านหลักสูตร Google Career Certificates 9 หลักสูตร ภายใต้โครงการ Samart Skills โดยได้ร่วมกับ “วู้ดดี้ มิลินทจินดา” พิธีกรชื่อดังของเมืองไทย และโครงการพัฒนาแห่งสหประชาชาติ ประจำประเทศไทย (UNDP Thailand) ในการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมนี้ให้เข้าถึงชุมชน LGBTQ+ และกลุ่มผู้สนับสนุน Pride ทั่วประเทศ เพื่อให้ผู้ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือจริงๆ ได้สมัครเพื่อรับทุนการศึกษาดังกล่าว

Google celebrates Pride Month, revealing search trends and giving out 1,000 Google Career Certificate scholarships to the LGBTQ+ community
Over the past years, Thais are more interested in topics related to LGBTQ+. According to Year in Search 2022 - Thailand report, search interest in “LGBTQ” grew by 110%, reaching an all-time high, while search interest in “สมรสเท่าเทียม” (equal marriage) surged by 800%. (Google Trends, 1 September 2021 - 31 August 2022 vs. 1 September 2020 - 31 August 2021, Thailand) Google Trends data also shows that search interest in related topics, including LGBT, LGBT pride and rainbow flag spike in June every year in Thailand.

While search interest in gender diversity in Thailand has increased over recent years, Google recognizes unequal access to education among underrepresented groups. To help bridge the gap and extend support to the LGBTQ+ community and its allies while celebrating Pride Month and highlighting its long-standing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Google is giving out 1,000 Google Career Certificate scholarships for nine courses under the Samart Skills program in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme in Thailand (UNDP Thailand) and Woody Milintachinda, a prominent TV personality and talk show host.
The nine courses cover the fields of data analytics, digital marketing & e-commerce, IT support, IT automation, project management, user experience (UX) design, advanced data analytics, business intelligence, and cyber security, all developed and taught by Google employees with decades of experience in their respective fields to equip learners with fundamental skills through hands-on learning, without the need for prior experience. These courses can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. Learners can complete the courses within 3 to 6 months and earn certificates upon completion to help them land a job or advance their careers. Google also has a job platform that connects Samart Skills graduates with potential employers who are participating members of the Employer Consortium.
