กลับมาอีกครั้งกับงาน YouTube Pop-Up Space โอกาสพิเศษสำหรับครีเอเตอร์ไทยในการเรียนรู้ เชื่อมต่อ เเละสร้างเนื้อหาคุณภาพ

YouTube ประเทศไทย จัดงาน YouTube Pop-up Space Bangkok ครั้งที่ 5 ในไทย ระหว่างวันที่ 29 - 31 มกราคม 2563 ณ โครงการช่างชุ่ย เปิดโอกาสให้เหล่าครีเอเตอร์ได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตวิดีโอ สร้างสรรค์ผลงานร่วมกับครีเตอร์คนอื่นๆ และเข้าถึงเครื่องมือต่างๆ ที่ช่วยต่อยอดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ YouTube Pop-up Space เป็นโครงการริเริ่มของ YouTube ที่ต้องการสนับสนุนชุมชนนักสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหา หรือครีเอเตอร์ ทั่วโลก เเละเป็นการลงทุนในด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพและการเติบโตของครีเอเตอร์ เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนได้เรียนรู้ เชื่อมต่อกัน เเละสร้างสรรค์ผลงานคุณภาพ

สำหรับปีนี้ YouTube Pop-Up Space Bangkok มุ่งเน้นเรื่องการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ การค้นหาข้อมูลเป็น 1 ใน 3 อันดับแรกของเหตุผลยอดนิยมที่ผู้คนชมวิดีโอบน YouTube และสำหรับประเทศไทย ผู้คนก็มักเรียนรู้สิ่งต่างๆ บน YouTube โดยมีช่องที่ให้ความรู้มากมาย เช่น Ketchup Jo (ผู้ติดตาม 1.4 ล้านคน) ที่ทำวิดีโอสนุกๆ เพื่อสอนเรื่องวิทยาศาสตร์และนำเสนอการทดลองต่างๆ และช่อง Point of View (ผู้ติดตาม 8.7 แสนคน) ที่ช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ในหลายๆ ด้าน เป็นต้น งานปีนี้จึงจัดขึ้นภายใต้ธีม “YouTube as a Learning Hub” ชูความสำคัญของเนื้อหาเพื่อการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ โดยมีการจัดพื้นที่ให้เป็นสตูดิโอชั่วคราวไว้ 2 ส่วน ซึ่งครบครันด้วยปุกรณ์สำหรับการถ่ายทำวิดีโอ นอกจากนี้ยังมีโคเวิร์กกิ้งสเปซ รวมทั้งเวิร์กช้อปเกี่ยวกับการถ่ายทำวิดีโอและเทคนิคต่างๆ ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วันของการจัดงาน ครีเอเตอร์ที่สร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้จะได้เพลิดเพลินไปกับพื้นที่สำหรับการถ่ายทำวิดีโอที่มีธีมสีสันสดใส นอกจากนี้ยังมีพื้นที่สำหรับการเล่นดนตรีและถ่ายทำวิดีโอเพลงสำหรับครีเอเตอร์สายดนตรีโดยเฉพาะอีกด้วย

อีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์ที่น่าสนใจคือการร่วมมือกันของครีเอเตอร์แถวหน้าและครีเอเตอร์ที่กำลังมาแรงของไทย โดย MadPuppet (ผู้ติดตาม 7.5 แสนคน) Mojiko (ผู้ติดตาม 2.17 ล้านคน) และ Boom Tharis (ผู้ติดตาม 8.8 แสนคน) จะขึ้นแสดงบนเวทีด้วยกันในงานปาร์ตี้ YouTube Pop Up Space ด้าน AueyAuey (ผู้ติดตาม 8.2 แสนคน) จะแสดงร่วมกับ First Anuwat (ผู้ติดตาม 2.2 แสนคน) ศิลปินเพลงคัฟเวอร์ที่วิดีโอแรกของเขากับการคัฟเวอร์เพลง 40 KM/HR มียอดเข้าชมมากกว่า 30 ล้านครั้ง ในเวลาเพียง 2 เดือนเท่านั้น

ชุมชนครีเอเตอร์ YouTube ของไทยเติบโตขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วในช่วงปีที่ผ่านมา ณ เดือนธันวาคม 2562 มีช่อง YouTube ที่มีผู้ติดตามมากกว่า 100,000 คน ทั้งหมด 4,100 ช่อง และช่องที่มีผู้ติดตามทะลุ 1,000,000 คน มากกว่า 420 ช่อง ผู้สร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาบน YouTube ในไทยมาจากทั่วทุกสารทิศของประเทศ พวกเขาได้ใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ผลิตเนื้อหาคุณภาพออกสู่สายตาผู้ชมทั้งในในไทยและทั่วโลก ในขณะเดียวกันครีเอเตอร์ในพื้นที่นอกเขตกรุงเทพหรือต่างจังหวัดของไทยก็เติบโตขึ้นเรื่อยๆ อาทิ ช่อง Thibaan Channel (ผู้ติดตาม 2.8 ล้านคน) ซึ่งปัจจุบันเป็นหนึ่งในช่อง YouTube จากต่างจังหวัดที่มีจำนวนผู้ติดตามมากที่สุด หรือช่อง Bstars Music (ผู้ติดตาม 2.5 ล้านคน) ของโรงเรียนสอนดนตรีในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ที่นำเสนอพรสวรรค์ของน้องๆ นักเรียนผ่านทาง YouTube

YouTube Pop-Up Space returns to Bangkok, a unique opportunity for creators to learn, collaborate and create

YouTube is hosting the fifth YouTube Pop-Up Space in Bangkok on January 29 - 31, 2020 at Chang Chui, offering YouTube creators a great opportunity to learn about video production, collaborate with other creators, as well as the production tools they need to realize their creative goals. Pop-up Spaces is a global initiative of YouTube that supports creative communities around the world. It is also an investment in the development and growth of content creators in line with the mission of YouTube Spaces: learn, connect, and create.

This year’s Pop-Up Space Bangkok puts the spotlight on learning and education. Information-seeking is one of the top three reasons people watch YouTube. In Thailand, people are turning to YouTube to learn. Channels like Ketchup Jo (1.4M subs) help others learn science and experimentation through their videos. There is also a channel like Point of View (876K subs) which helps people learn more about different aspects of learning. ‘YouTube as a Learning Hub’ is this year’s theme at Pop-Up Space to emphasize the importance of learning and education content. The Pop-Up Space houses two studio sets complete with production equipment and co-working spaces, along with tactical and production workshops across 3 days. Learning and education creators can enjoy a visually vibrant and colorful production set, while music production set is specially designed for music creators to have some fun collabs and shoot new music videos.

Some of Thailand’s most popular rising and top creators will be joining the Pop-Up Space for some exciting collaborations. MadPuppet (757K subs), Mojiko (2.17 M subs) and Boom Tharis (888K subs) are going to perform at the Pop Up Space party, while AueyAuey (821K subs) will be collaborating with First Anuwat (227K subs), whose hit song 40 KM/HR  has gained over 30M views in just two months.

The YouTube creator ecosystem in Thailand has enjoyed tremendous growth over the past year. As of December 2019, there are 4,100 channels with over 100K subscribers and over 420 channels with more than 1M subscribers. Increasingly, creators from all parts of Thailand are coming to YouTube to share their creativity with audiences across the country and all over the world. Thibaan Channel (2.8M subs) is now one of the most subscribed creators from outside of Bangkok, while Bstars Music (2.5M subs), based in Northeastern Thailand, is using YouTube to showcase their students’ talents.
